ChatGPT connects to Pipecorn through the Pipecorn app and authenticates with OAuth, so no API key is needed.

From the ChatGPT app directory

Open the Pipecorn app in the ChatGPT app directory, click Connect, and follow the OAuth flow to sign in with your Pipecorn account. This is the simplest path and needs no developer mode.

In developer mode

If the app directory is not available to you, create the app yourself:

Enable developer mode

Go to Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and activate Developer mode.

Create a new app

Click Create app.

Fill in the app details

Set Name to Pipecorn, MCP server URL to https://mcp.pipecorn.com/mcp, and Authentication to OAuth, then save.

Authenticate

Follow the OAuth flow to connect your Pipecorn account.
Once connected, enable the Pipecorn app in a chat and try one of the example workflows.
